Jusuru iRep Feature, Endeavor IV, Amy Biederwolf

"You have to continually educate and develop yourself, and teach your team to do the same."

Amy Biederwolf, Jusuru Endeavor IV, has always seen the value in Network Marketing and the business opportunity. For 13 years, she gained valuable experience in a position with an electrical manufacturing firm which has led her to owning two breakfast-lunch restaurants. Also, with two beautiful children, both under 10 years old, and two dogs, Amy believes all good things come in two’s!

In June 2010, Amy was introduced to Jusuru by a friend and she started drinking Jusuru Life Blend right away.  Amy says, “I did not engage in the business until I started making calls the day I dropped my kids off for the first day of school, on August 17, and in two months I built my business from Venture II to Endeavor III”. Amy explains, “Initially building the business is all about sponsoring, but after that it's all about teaching and supporting the team, and developing yourself as a leader.”

Today, Amy and her husband live an amazing life in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida where they have all their friends and family enjoying the benefits of drinking Jusuru.  As a Jusuru leader, Amy duplicates in her team that it's important to be patient with people because not everyone is on the same time line.  Amy says, "I teach them that this business is excruciating and exhilarating, sometimes even in the course of one day... so prepare yourself for a wild ride, but it'll be the most rewarding experience if you stick with it."

Thank you Amy for this very enlightened post. I got the starter kit and product about 3 weeks ago, and all of sudden my life became very busy with other things, I've not had time to even open the pages or boxes, wanting it to have my full attention. That could be discouraging; My plate is clear now, for me to focus on all the materiel.I was able to think of some great ideas for how I want to approach this, in the first week, and now am hungry and excited to get started.Your suggestion for patience, is one of the keys to success, with anything. Thanks again! Blessings to you and your's.
