Welcome to our Webinar Wednesday! For those of you who regularly listen, welcome back. For those of you who are new to our calls, congratulations on making this commitment to your success. During these calls, we offer the following:
A personal development premise of helping you to either evolve and learn something new or allow for you to direct others to this call to reinforce what you have taught them,
An opportunity for you to hear from a colleague who has found success and perfecting their strategy to achieve the Enterprise level,
Constructive training to help you further your knowledge, skills, and abilities of the Jusuru business and product,
And, of course, important company updates, whether of the past, present or future, to help you understand better where we are headed.
With tonight’s call, I’d like to welcome all of you and honor a special week that began with a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King’s life. I’d like to share a quote with you, that has been especially dreamy for me:
“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
This can be interpreted in many ways… the way I see it is the theme of this week, and frankly, year ahead. Get out of your comfort zone, and when you are, pay special attention to who you become during that challenge. The relationship marketing business gives you a gift; it reflects your character and allows you the opportunity to learn life's lessons… Where else can you build business with your personal network and those around you? In this spirit, let me offer you this: at corporate, we are always out of our comfort zone. Our exponential growth, in and of itself, commands our need to adhere to change, and most importantly to adapt to what’s working and what’s not. We strive to follow William Edwards Deming’s philosophy of QUALITY ENHANCEMENT. What does this mean? Even when you think your product, business, home, relationships are going well, it CAN be better. It’s evolution. It’s the process of always finding a way to learn from others and improve your offering. In other words, and like Dr. King said, just because you are comfortable, doesn’t mean your work is done. This is not only a business or management philosophy, but the foundation of personal development.
I ask you to think in this very spirit this week—I ask you to get out of your comfort zone, and urge you to approach your sponsor to train you on what has made him or her successful in the Jusuru business. When you do that, leave all of your comfort at the door and just do it. Come to the February Regional Event in Florida and I guarantee that you will learn the secrets to success from others, and I thank you for the allowing us the opportunity learn and hear from you.
Congratulations to all of you… we are in the midst of the most successful month ever.
