• Easily available to their team. One of the most frustrating
situations is to be new in the business and not be able to reach your sponsor
for help. Of course no one is available 24/7. But it’s important to always
return emails or calls and leave your iReps knowing that you really care about
their success. For example, if you will be away from your phone or traveling
for more than 48 hours it is a good idea to send an email to your team letting
them know that you’ll be away and who could help them in the meantime.
• Providing direction without “managing”. You are
about to embark on your own business. You don’t want someone who will try to
micromanage you and your business, so don’t try to micromanage others. A great
sponsor leads by example. If you want your entire team at Rise To Enterprise
because you know that your business will grow because of it, were you the first
one to buy your ticket?
• Well connected to the company and up on all the
“goings on”. Do you know and understand the new incentives and keep your
team informed? Do you attend or download the corporate “Webinar Wednesday”
every week to stay in the loop?
• Actively building their business and not relying
on anyone else to do it for them. Are you enabling others by building their
teams for them? It is enough to manage your own business without having to run
everyone else’s too.
• A good connection. Be sure that when you
correspond with your team you make them feel like you are really listening and
you have a good rapport. Do you have good email etiquette? Do you stay “above
board” if personal situations arise between different personalities in your
organization?
• Actively leading their team with recognition and
training! This also means that you see relationships as very important to the
life of your business because relationships are the glue that holds the team
together and keeps people active. Do you know their kid’s names? Their pets?
Their ‘why’?
• Positive, upbeat and fun! You certainly don’t
want to be a sponsor who will drag others down. Always strive to keep things
fun, simple and magical. If people wanted boring, ordinary and mundane they
would not be in our business!
• Leads with integrity. Your integrity is based on
what you do, not what you say you’ll do. Doing what you say you’re going to do
means often making sacrifices and going out of your way even when it doesn’t
seem like it will “pay off”. As you lead with integrity your team will always
know where you stand.
Take this to heart, choose to be a great sponsor, and you
will have a much better opportunity to be extremely successful in Jusuru
International, Inc!
