Denise Bjorn, Vice President of Rewards and Recognition for Jusuru International, Inc., is a management professional with more than 20 years of experience in direct sales and network marketing, specializing in compensation plan development, commissions programming and training. She is renowned for her background in both field and corporate staff training and development on compensation, motivation, and promotions. At companies such as Cookie Lee, her duties have included managing business practices, leading successful support teams, and researching and validating compensation programs for maximum payout.
