Asma's Opening Message for Webinar Wednesday: Mar. 4th, 2011

I’d like to begin today’s call with a sincere ‘thank you,’ for meeting your goals.  When you, individually, achieve or exceed your goals, the company meets its goals.  We had the biggest sales month ever and surpassed our goals significantly.  It is evident that your training, effort, and dedication to your Jusuru business are becoming more and more meaningful.

Your participation in tonight’s Webinar Wednesday is just one example of your commitment.  We value your time.  During our calls, you’ll hear about training and important company updates.  As we begin March off in a strong way, our focus lies on leadership development.  Particularly, in understanding how to transition from an “Accidental Leader” to a “Purposeful Leader.”

As you develop your teams and replicate your effort in growing your business, keep in mind that successful leaders replicate leadership skills as much as they do training, product knowledge, and technical business know-how.  You may have even been doing this without any effort.  Consider this: less than 20% of direct sellers have leadership experience.  Personal development is important for the long term success of your team. Members can accelerate your business into multiples beyond what you expect.  Don’t be afraid to learn and be less afraid to emphasize the importance of teaching successful strategies to others.

Here’s a great way to start March:  First, stop long enough to notice where you are today.  Second, get a clear understanding of where you want to go.    Let’s make it a purposeful month, together, and collectively reach our goals with a plan in place.
